Return and Refund Policy

You may return most new, unopened items purchased within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


Your satisfaction is our top priority. If an order doesn’t arrive or it doesn’t match the description or you have any problems in which you wish to return an item, please let us know by calling 865-401-8226 or by emailing We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.



To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned and will not be refunded more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.

If you used your bank account to make this purchase, the refund usually takes 3 to 5 days for bank payments to complete depending on your bank.

If you used a debit or credit card to make this purchase, the amount is refunded to that card. Refunds to credit or debit cards can take up to 30 days depending on the card company involved.

If you used PayPal Credit to make this purchase, the amount is refunded to your PayPal Credit account.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next, contact your bank again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
